At present we are looking for a Support Recruitment Consultant to continue to expand our Christchurch team, there is also opportunities to assist build Auckland & Dunedin.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Interviewing Candidates & Placing Into Positions
- Entering Application Forms Into The System
- Typing Up Resumes Of Candidates
- Reference Checking
- Taking Care Of All Marketing i.e. Facebook, Website, LinkedIn etc.
- Potential Marketing Calls To Clients
- General Recruitment Responsibilities
This role is purely a Support Recruitment Consultancy Role, however ideally you will have a proven track record in HR or Recruitment. This is an extremely varied role so needs to have someone who enjoys variety in the work day. You will be interviewing candidates and placing them into positions and supporting the recruitment consultants with all administration i.e. typing up resumes, reference checking and any other administration support needed. You will also be responsible for keeping up to date and replying to people who apply to positions on Facebook, LinkedIn, DKW website and any other marketing mediums.
You must have an amazing personality to be able to deal with all of the above and still keep positive and work well within the team.
