Description
Our client is a specialist fabrication & installation company for industrial, structural, construction & architectural sectors. As a company, we have over 50 years of practical hands on experience which commits us to deliver beyond expectations.
At present DKW Recruitment Group is urgently looking for a qualified ‘Fabrication Welder”.
Requirements
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be As Follows:
- Perform Arc & Mig Welding On Structural Steel In The Workshop Creating A Variety Of Steel Products
- Able To Accurately Read And Interpret Engineering Drawings Including Dimensions
- Work Off Site To Install Heavy Structural Steel
- Adhere To All Health & Safety Regulations And Procedures
An advantage would be to have a current site safe passport (DKW can assist you to obtain this)
To be successful for this position candidates must be a qualified fabrication welder, have sheet metal experience would be an advantage however will need to pass a AS/NZ 2980 weld test.
Ideally you will have a fantastic work ethic and be an effective communicator.
