Description
Our client has been in business for many years completing quality infrastructure projects, building and maintaining transport and civil infrastructures for many New Zealand communities.
At present they require an Accounts Payable Clerk, this is a permanent role starting ASAP.
Requirements
Your Main Responsibilities May Include:
- Coding and Entering Supplier Invoices
- Entering Staff Expenses
- Supplier Account Setups
- Monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Setting Up Weekly/Monthly Payment Runs
- Following Up With Managers To Resolve Coding And Payment Queries
- Entering Sales Invoices (During Peak Periods)
- Other Data Entry & Support Tasks As Required
- Reception Cover As Required
To be successful for this role you will have previous office experience in a similar role and have a knowledge of JDE or similar accounting software and a working knowledge of FBT and GST. This role requires accuracy and the ability to work to tight deadlines while being a team player.
